Announcement: Jody O’Brien, Business Development Manager
I am pleased to welcome Jody O’Brien to Rosanna Nadeau & Associates in a new role as Business Development Manager. Jody brings an extensive background in Human Resources with an exceptional ability to deliver customer related services.
Jody will be a great asset to the firm. She graduated summa cum laude at Capella University and holds a Bachelors of Science – Human Resource Management. She has demonstrated strengths in employee engagement, problem solving, communications, project management, performance management, training and workforce planning. Jody recently worked 9 years with Dow Chemical (formerly Rohm and Haas), holding various positions in Human Resources. As an HR Generalist and HR Specialist, Jody had the unique opportunity to understand both employee and senior management needs. This enabled her to design a work process that integrated both payroll and time recording systems in a more efficient and productive manufacturing schedule supporting the strategic business needs of the company.
Prior to Dow Chemical, Jody worked for Rational Software as a Benefits and Senior HR Administrator providing business support for all east coast employees including various management of HR administrative programs.

Rosanna Nadeau, Principal and Consultant, is an experienced Strategy Consultant and Human Resources leader with a track record of accomplishments with organizations in transition or planning growth.
We provide H.R. leaders with simple, non-intrusive tools and approaches to quickly assess organization performance capacity to achieve strategic objectives including engaging employees in delivery of the value proposition, the company’s unique difference. We help clients to Identify barriers to performance, zero in on root causes, and analyze potential consequences of alternative solutions. Our services does not end with a set of recommendations, as we provide support for implementation of solutions as well as leading and managing change.
We collaborate with senior leaders to apply unique approaches to develop business strategies, align company-wide activities and projects with the strategy, thereby reducing operating cost, implement reinforcing compensation and incentive programs, and we help align performance review programs to improve execution. We also provide interim H.R. management services.
